We have got an opportunity to be proud once again! We are more than happy to announce that Zonka Feedback has been again named as "High Performer" in the G2 Grid Report in the 'Experience Management' Category for Winter 2021.

You all know that G2.com, Inc. or G2 Crowd is a peer-to-peer review site for business software. Being launched by former employees of BigMachines in May 2012, the company's focus is to aggregate user reviews for business software. Its headquarters are located in Chicago.

The company highlights the top performing software platforms every quarter based on the real reviews from the customers. G2 has algorithms to identify the fraudulent reviews made by the employees of a company for their own products as wells as for competitor's products. Above that, it also requests its users to share screenshots of the reviewer using the product for verification purposes.

This makes this entity real and trustworthy and adds more reliability to our recognition. The fact that we are able to get this recognition consecutively for the second time adds to our excitement and gives us more reasons to be proud!

This has been possible with the efforts of all our teams who are determined to add continuous improvement in our product and serve the customers in the best possible way. The recognition is a great source of motivation for all of us as it proves that our efforts matter!
